Thank you for shopping with NNA Medical Inc. — Canada’s online dental supply source. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used dental instruments
- Disposable products (gloves, saliva ejectors, patient bibs, needles, etc.) that have been opened
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items not purchased directly from NNA Medical Inc.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. NNA Medical is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in acceptable but not original condition (e.g., missing original packaging).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and arrange an exchange. We may request photos of the item to process your exchange request.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at nna.medical@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly at no cost to you.
