Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada. Orders below $50 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Canada-wide)
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
• Quebec & Ontario: Often 2–4 business days
• Remote Areas: May require additional 2–3 days

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before returning any items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened boxes of gloves or consumables (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been used or sterilized
• Custom or special-order items
