When you purchase 6 boxes of any eligible Aurelia® exam glove product, you receive 4 additional boxes completely free. This is applied automatically at checkout on qualifying products. There is no coupon code required.
What glove sizes do you carry?
Our Aurelia® gloves are available in sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL. If you need help selecting the right size, please contact us at 514-572-6886 and our team will assist you.
Are your gloves latex-free?
Most of our Aurelia® gloves are nitrile (latex-free), including the Amazing, Blush, Transform, and Sonic lines. The Aurelia® Vibrant is a latex glove. Product details are listed on each product page.
Are the gloves medical-grade?
Yes. All Aurelia® gloves we carry are medical-grade, meeting Canadian and international standards for barrier protection in healthcare settings.

Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Free shipping applies to all orders over $50.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. Quebec and Ontario typically receive orders faster, within 2–4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at nna.medical@gmail.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 514-572-6886 or nna.medical@gmail.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our 30-day return policy.
